Physical Products (games, printed planners, printed curriculum)

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
• Contact us at info@luduscatholicgames.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We cover the cost of return shipping, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping cost.
• Items should be returned in the condition they were received, with all components/pieces included, when possible. If something is missing or damaged, let us know; we'll still make it right under our guarantee.
• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Digital Products (JMJ Planner PDFs, digital games, digital curriculum)

• Because digital products are delivered instantly, no physical return is needed.
• Contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@luduscatholicgames.com with your order number, and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., a different game or a different planner edition), let us know when you contact us and we'll take care of it.
